HOME

HOME (Housing Opportunities for ME) is a supported living program which serves people throughout Guilford County.  We offer periodic services, 2-5 hours a day as needed to people who can live on their own but may need assistance in certain areas of daily living skills.  These areas may include budgeting, cooking, shopping, and securing needed services such as Social Security and other benefits.
