Advocating With People With Developmental Disabilities

        Who are we?

The Arc of High Point was formed more than 50 years ago by people concerned about the lack of services provided to children, adults, and friends with disabilities.  The Arc is comprised of parents, educators, professionals, community citizens, and people with developmental disabilities who are working toward a common goal of improving the well-being of persons with developmental disabilities through advocacy, research, and education.

The Arc of High Point has been recognized with many awards at the state and national levels.  Among these is the United States Arc Ziring Award for innovative quality programming.
